You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our mobile applications
• Create derivative works based on our mobile applications
• Rent, lease, lend, or sublicense our mobile applications
• Use our mobile applications for any unlawful purpose

This license automatically terminates if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the application.

7. Purchases and Payments

Some of our Services may require payment. All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.

OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Services
• Any content obtained from our Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via our Services

IN ANY CASE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beijing Ludong Technology Co., Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your User Content

13. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Use strong, unique passwords for your accounts
• Enable two-factor authentication where available
• Never share your credentials with others
• Log out from your account when using shared devices
• Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.

15. Age Restrictions and Eligibility

Our mobile applications are distributed through Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Your use of our applications is also subject to the respective store's terms and conditions.

When downloading from Google Play, you agree to comply with:

16.2 Apple App Store

When downloading from Apple App Store, you agree to comply with:

16.3 App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

Our iOS applications may request permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites, in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. You can manage your tracking preferences through your device settings.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

18. International Users

Our Services are operated from the People's Republic of China. If you access our Services from outside China, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

You represent that your access to and use of our Services does not violate any export control or sanctions laws applicable to you.

19. Changes to These Terms
